Using the city's recently completed GIS audit, NWE installed over 1,700 new LED street light fixtures. From Marine View Drive to S Everett Mall Way, the city owned cobra lights were upgraded and energy drastically reduced! For example, the wattage for intersections are typically 400w (HPS). We installed a new LED fixture of 183w! Law enforcement also loves the new lighting with higher CRI (color rendering index) so they are able to identify colors of clothing and vehicles better!
