I would like to take this opportunity to tell you of the fantastic work your crew did in the retrofit lighting project done at the Chelan County Regional Justice Center here in Wenatchee, WA

Kam and his crew did a top notch job while working in the Chelan County Jail. I had the pleasure of escorting the guys around during most of the job inside the secure area of the building and I can tell you, I have not seen a more efficient and well trained group of workers in a long time. Kam did an excellent job working with me getting the various areas of the jail done. He was very flexible in accommodating our needs so that there was little impact on our daily routines. Yet he was able to get his job done quickly without any significant down time. 

The crew that Kam brought with him worked well together in a casual yet very efficient manner. It was very apparent that they know what they were doing. I could not believe how fast they completed this project.  I was absolutely amazed.

All the guys did a great job. I now consider them my friends and would be happy to see and work with them in the future.  If I were in their line of work, I would be lucky to be teamed up with them. Please pass my thanks and congratulations for a job well done to all these fine men.  Also please pass a copy if this letter to your Staff, Field Superintendant Dave Bolich and Senior Project Manager Chris Haacke.

Once again our School District has been provided excellent service by Northwest Edison.  From the start of this project, communication has been outstanding.  The crew showed up on Monday under the leadership of Kam and Paul and went right to work.  I received periodic updates of the progress and anticipated schedule.  Everyone was professional and respectful of the fact that they were working during school hours.  As always, they left the area cleaner than they found it.  The work was completed yesterday and the users of the space are very pleased.  The students can sometimes be the most critical and their reviews have been extremely positive. One of the objectives was to add enough light to the space to make it suitable for large group instruction and testing.  These new fixtures have provided that option. I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service over the years as we have moved into more efficient lighting.  Everyone that I have worked with has been an excellent representative of NW Edison.  Please thank everyone for an another job well done.

I received a phone call yesterday from the branch manager, Brett, of the Bank of America in Walla Walla.  This property was sold by our customer back in March.  Brett had called to check to see if we were no longer servicing this branch due to the sale, as he had not seen our techs in a while and has quite a few outages.  Most customers would be irritated by this situation, however Brett’s comment was as such, “I was just curious if we were still in your monthly route, as I haven’t seen the two guys in quite some time now.  I wasn’t too worried about it because I knew that when they stopped by next that they would take care of everything, but thought about the sale and was hoping that we didn’t lose you as our monthly maintenance providers.”  He went on to say that he was going to speak to the appropriate parties regarding NW Edison coming in and doing the maintenance monthly because he valued the effort and work our guys put in.  Your hard work, professionalism, and dedication to making the service department grow make me so proud to be a part of this team!  I appreciate you both very much and cannot wait to see what we have in our future!

As for the project I have received all kinds of praise from the residents about how much they love the new lighting.  It is very very noticeable to say the least.  We have a board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11/11, I figure if there are any concerns they will be raised there.  Assuming there are none, I will contact you to deal with the fact that apparently my count was off by three fixtures. The crew you sent was outstanding they were very professional and hard workers.  The condition that day were dreadful as seem to it rain hard all day long.  Please pass on my appreciation to them.

I think I have the best job in the world.  I work with great people that do really great work, such as the gymnastics gym project.  When the project started, 10 of the 20 lights were not working and we had less than 20 FC in the room.  When we were done, all of the lights were working and we have 75-80 FC.  When I got to the gym this afternoon to take light readings, the girls gymnastic team was practicing.  They stopped, faced me and cheered, thanking me for the great lights. I accept that thank you on behalf of NW Edison, Dave, Paul, Kam, and all the crew.  They worked very hard in a difficult environment.  They chose to complete the project in one day to relieve a practicing issue for the athletes.  Thank you for the prompt response to our lighting concerns and the great work again.

Happy Friday, hope your week has been a happy and productive one.  Based on our last communications I wanted to get some reactions to our lighting project at the Tuesday, 11/11/14, board meeting.  I can tell you there was nothing but accolades and praise about the product and the crew that did the implementation.  In fact I received a call from one of the residents on the streets that did not get the lights wanting to know when they would get theirs. That being said I would say we need to get the last three lights implemented as soon as possible.  I know the locations they will need to go.  Please let me know if you need anything from me, once again thank you for all your support on this project it has been a huge success

I am writing this letter in reference to the lighting project your company did for the Simpson Lumber Company. I want to express my deepest appreciation to your entire staff at Northwest Edison for the excellent cooperation and dedication you exhibited while working with us getting the project approved and working at our plant site during the installation.

You should be proud of your crews that did the installation here. They showed excellent work habits, demonstrated a sense of urgency as well as being very highly team oriented group as well as working in a safe productive manner. 

We were amazed on the amount of lights they were able to remove and install in a single night. My employees have expressed how much difference in the new lighting system has made for our operations. 

Once again, thanks for all the help in making this project successful for both Simpson Lumber Company, LLC and Northwest Edison.
